The PropTech Company DAREBELL stands for furnished and smart living and covers the entire value chain. From renting, setting up and letting to future-oriented investing. DAREBELL has set itself the goal of offering the most modern rental platform in the world.

Since great visions also require smart technology and the right know-how, DAREBELL and PhenomenArts work closely together on the extensive platform, which makes all business areas accessible to customers in a modern and intuitive way. For example, DAREBELL customers can easily switch from furnishing their own apartment to renting the next apartment for a business trip with just one user account, without having to register again.

Everything around smart and furnished living

In order to realize this vision, we rely on modern and promising technologies such as NextJs, NestJs, Auth0 and Stripe to guarantee users a fast and intuitive experience. By utilizing a single-sign-on, all services of the DAREBELL platform are available to the user across all pages with just one single account, without having to log in several times.

The furnishing of individual rooms or entire apartments is completely automated thanks to a smart furnishing algorithm based on little information about the user and the room dimensions and is still individually tailored to the user. The furnishing can then be delivered and set up directly.

When it comes to renting, users have a large number of different modern designer apartments to choose from in more and more locations and countries. Each apartment promises the DAREBELL standard and can be accessed directly with a smartphone or code using a smartlock (NUKI). If the apartment is available, you can move right in on the same day and then pay conveniently week after week by credit card.
